Design update - April 2018

Thanks for your feedback, comments and ideas. This map is now closed for comments, but we're still listening. If you would like to give feedback about North East Link, please contact us at community@northeastlink.vic.gov.au

You can also use the online Q and A tool on this site to ask us a question.

Introduction

Planning approvals for North East Link will be informed by an Environment Effects Statement (EES) - Victoria's most stringent and transparent process.

It will take around one year for us to complete the studies for the EES and we'll be talking to communities each step of the way.

In April this year we released an update on the project design work so far. The update isn't a final design and we're interested to hear what communities think.

Your feedback on the design work so far will:

  • Help us understand if the design improves how you get around by car, public transport, bike or on foot
  • Help us refine the project design
  • Help us understand areas of concern for communities so they can be considered in studies for the Environment Effects Statement

There will be a second design update later this year, including how community feedback has informed changes.

How we will use your feedback

We will consider all your comments, ideas, suggestions and issues raised. We will also report back to you on which have been incorporated into the project, which were not and why.

How to get involved

1. Learn about the early design work so far

2. Give feedback

  • Give feedback about a specific location, or a general area, by dropping a pin on the project map below
  • To make your feedback count, please be as specific as you can. This will help us to better understand what positive changes you would like for your area and what concerns you have.
  • Feedback closes on Tuesday 5 June 2018
